HOW DO I GET IN CONTACT?

HOW ARE THE CLOTHING CONDITIONS?

Our clothes are in great condition. However, with vintage items being from the 80s-early 2000s, some may have wear and tear. We do our best to highlight and share the flaws associated with each item, but they are usually in great condition.

All Vintage Hawks Collective items are made by us, you will be the first to wear/own the garment(s). They are timeless items and speak to our emphasis on high quality.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THE NEXT COLLECTION DROP IS?

You can subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of this page for information on all upcoming collections.

ORDER SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on all orders of $70+ via USPS Priority Mail.

All orders under $70 will include flat $7 shipping (USPS Priority Mail).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All packages are processed within 4 business of your purchase unless noted in the product description. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of The Vintage Hawks once shipped.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID. Another email will be sent when your order is delivered. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email from us, first make sure to check your spam or any secondary inboxes. If nothing is in there, please contact us at thevintagehawksllc@gmail.com with your order number and we will happily assist you.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

All sales are final. In the case you were sent an incorrect or defective item, contact us at thevintagehawksllc@gmail.com. If an exchange is permitted, items must be returned un-worn, un-washed and with original packaging/tags.

Please be aware that The Vintage Hawks does not provide refunds for shipping costs under any circumstances once the package has been sent. Once shipping charges are incurred, they are non-refundable. Please look at an items description before purchasing.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER DELIVERY?

Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive once it has been marked as shipped. Our shipping courier is USPS.

I RECIEVED AN INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

If you received an incorrect item, we do apologize for the mistake.

Please email our team at thevintagehawksllc@gmail.com. We will ask you for the following information so if you can send it in your first email that would speed things up!

1. Order number

2. The name / size of the product(s) you ordered

3. The name / size of the product(s) you received

4. Photographs of the product(s)

MY ORDER IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, I DO NOT SEE IT

Once your order has been shipped, The Vintage Hawks is no longer responsible for any issues related to logistics, delays, or other matters that may arise during transportation of your order by our shipping carrier.

Any concerns or problems related to the shipping process should be addressed directly with the respective shipping carrier, United States Postal Service (USPS).

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

At the current moment, we do not accept gift cards.

We plan to offer gift cards in the near future.

Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, AMEX, Discover, along with other U.S. credit and debit cards.

We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the pay later service Klarna.
