“HOW DO I GET IN CONTACT?”

“CAN I MAKE A RETURN?”
No, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. Please look at an items description before purchasing.

“WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?”
Each customer will receive an email with tracking information once the order has left our location and when the order is confirmed. If you are unable to find the email please check spam first, then contact us at thevintagehawksllc@gmail.com.

“I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT IT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED.”
Once your order has been shipped out from our location, we are no longer responsible if the package was lost, stolen, or damaged through the mailing service. Please contact the mail service for an issues refund or claim.

“HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THE NEXT DROP IS?”
You can sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page for information on all upcoming clothing drops.

"HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?"

Shipping usually takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive once it has left our location. We ship using USPS and UPS.
