SHIPPING:

All orders will receive a tracking number via email once it is shipped.

All orders are shipped via USPS within 4 business days unless noted in the product description.

Free shipping on orders of $70+ via USPS Priority Mail.

Vintage Hawks is not responsible for any issues related to logistics, delays or other matters that may arise during transportation of your order by our shipping carriers. Any concerns or problems related to the shipping process should be addressed directly with the respective shipping carrier.

Please double check your order shipping address. For address changes, please contact us via email (thevintagehawksllc@gmail.com) as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY:

All sales are final, for both vintage-inspired and vintage garments. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at thevintagehawksllc@gmail.com. If an exchange is permitted, items must be returned un-worn, un-washed and with original packaging/tags.

Please be aware that Vintage Hawks does not provide refunds for shipping costs under any circumstance once the package has been sent. Once shipping charges are incurred, they are non-refundable.

Vintage clothing can be decades old and will show wear in some way or another. While we do our best to describe each product in detail and provide close up photos where necessary, the reality is that each customer has their own threshold for what they will enjoy or dislike. If we sell it, we believe the garment is special and has potential to pair well with other items to create an appealing outfit.
